Jackie Pepper is an award-winning content creator and journalist who specializes in short and long form video production.
In 2020 and 2021, Jackie and her Yahoo Sports team won multiple awards for their innovative project, The Voting Playbook. In 2014, Jackie won an Edward R. Murrow Award for her work as a video features producer at Yahoo Sports and has also produced content for USA Today and NFL Network. Jackie anchored and reported sports news as a staff broadcast journalist at both Comcast SportsNet New England in Boston and CBS affiliate KIDK in Southeastern Idaho. Jackie has also appeared on various radio shows, Yahoo Sports, USA Today Digital, KNBC, HLN and TMZ. Born and raised in Santa Monica, CA, Jackie grew up cheering for her local Lakers, Clippers, Dodgers and Kings. While studying (and having a blast!) at The University of Arizona, Jackie realized that storytelling was her professional calling. Jackie enjoys being with family and friends as well as keeping up with news, current events and entertainment. She loves animals (especially dogs), is dedicated to strengthening democracy and voting rights in the U.S. and enjoys spending time at the Summer Camp where she spent much of her childhood. |
